Neoplasm gastric invaziv, ulcerovegetant
Exophytic Ulcerated Gastric Cancer
(S.F., m., 60 years old.)
 
Clinical Manifestation: inappetence, weight loss, asthenia.
Clinic: inapetență, pierdere ponderală, astenie.
 Barium Contrast Radiography: large crater which erodes into a mass( filling-defect) on the lesser curve, below the gastric angle.
Tranzit baritat: nișă gigantă încastrată într-o lacună a micii curburi, sub unghiul gastric. Ancoșă pe marea curbură, în dreptul nișei.
Intraoperative Photograph: (operation - subtotal gastrectomy and gastrojejunostomy) the lesser curve of the stomach is adherent to the left hepatic lobe.
Aspect intraoperator (gastrectomie subtotală cu gastrojejuno anastomoză): mica curbură a stomacului aderentă la lobul stâng al ficatului.
After dissection and removal of hepatic adhesions, we found a 4 cm tumoral perforation (covered by the liver) and hepatic tumoral penetration.
După desfacerea aderențelor la ficat se constată o perforație tumorală de cca. 4 cm, perforație acoperită de ficat, penetrație tumorală hepatică.
Surgical Specimen (endogastric appearance): exophytic and ulcerated tumor of the lesser curvature, penetrating into the liver.
Piesa operatorie (aspect endogastric): tumoră ulcerovegetantă a micii curburi, penetrantă în ficat.
Histopathological Exam: adenocarcinima. 
Examen histopatologic: adenocarcinom.
